Many visitors to Srebrenica remember us as Pansion “Misirlije”, opened after the war by Abdulah Purković Dulo — a gastronome and culinary teacher known for his hospitality and generous table.
Today, under the new name Silver City, the guesthouse is run by his son Avdo. The house has been partly renovated, while the family care for every guest has stayed the same as ever.
We are named after Srebrenica — the silver town the Romans called Argentaria.
Rooms
Comfortable rooms for restful nights
Twenty comfortable rooms for solo travellers, couples, families and groups. Every room has a private bathroom, heating and free Wi-Fi.
A restaurant with an authentic atmosphere and traditional Bosnian cuisine — carrying on our family tradition of a good table. Home-made breakfast, dishes prepared from old recipes and seasonal produce from the area.
The guesthouse lies on the road to Skelani and Lake Perućac. Alongside accommodation, we organise trips for guests who want more than a rest.
Lake Perućac & cottage
A full-day trip to the emerald lake on the Drina — swimming, fishing and relaxing by the water. We also have a small cottage on the lake for a lazy day or a night in nature.
Ride quad bikes along forest roads and trails above the Drina to viewpoints with sweeping views of the canyon. For beginners and experienced riders alike.
Our cottage near Lake Perućac has a living room and bedrooms for a relaxed stay in nature. Right by the water there is a wooden cabin with a terrace — for swimming, fishing and unwinding by the lake.
We have welcomed many delegations, researchers, journalists, associations and motorcyclists. For groups we arrange accommodation, meals and a place to work — all under one roof.
Large hall
Lunches, celebrations, gatherings and gala dinners.

Guber springs & promenade
A 1.3 km forest walk to the Crni Guber and Ljepotica mineral springs. In the late 19th century Crni Guber water was exported across Europe, and in 2024 the area was declared an air spa.
